  • Processing Phase: We require 1 to 3 business days for quality verification, packaging, and order processing at our fulfillment centers before your package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • Transit Phase (Shipping Times): Once the package leaves our facilities, the estimated delivery time to your doorstep is 5 to 8 business days on average, depending on your location.
  • ⚠️ Note: Order processing and shipments do not occur on weekends or local/national holidays. Shipping carriers will resume transit and deliveries on the following business day.

2. Shipping Costs and Exceptions

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping for domestic orders within the United States. The price you see on our catalog is what you will pay at checkout.
  • International Shipping & Remote Areas: For international orders or destinations outside the contiguous United States, shipping fees will be automatically calculated and clearly itemized at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

SplashZone is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect details or prolonged absence of the recipient.
