As a standard catalog item, returns and exchanges are governed entirely by our 30-Day Return Policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must not have been used with water, must be free of pet hair or outdoor dirt, and must be in its original packaging. In no event shall SplashZone, our directors, or logistics providers be liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product (such as punctures from installation on sharp or uneven surfaces with stones, tears due to water overpressure, pet bites/scratches, or use of the item without the continuous supervision of a responsible adult). The splash pad must be installed following basic safety guidelines for inflatable/recreational water items. SplashZone’s maximum liability to the customer is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the purchased product.
SECTION 15 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SplashZone from any claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
SECTION 16 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or void, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the void portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms, without affecting the validity of any remaining provisions.
